Whaaaat???

It has been almost a month since I have posted.  That's horrible!  But I have been busy with work and school.  I love my new job!  I like the people I work with and the doctors are great.  I love working with the animals and owners (for the most part...there are some crazies out there!)  Part of me has not blogged because I don't think I am really worth of it.  I have not lost any weight lately and I know it's all my fault.  I really, really have to kick start something to get back on track.  I have to start eating better and getting more exercise.  It sounds so simple, doesn't it?  I am still in a funk, but I am trying really hard not to let it affect me, but that's hard too.  I don't feel like I have any support anymore, but that is really no excuse.  I had this tool installed for a healthier life and come hell or high water I am going to get the most out of it, starting right now!

  1. Would a good fill switch things up enough to kick start things? I found that about the time I funneled into self-blame for bad habits I was also in dire need of a fill and that fill completely changed my view and my weightloss!

  2. I am with you. I have been hovering around the same weight for a few months. I am hoping in the next few weeks i would get motivated to move. I got a fill a few weeks ago and it did help but nothing on the scale. I have thrown up a few times though.

  3. I knew it was gonna be a struggle for a while with all the stuff you're going through but take it one day at a time... Maybe adding in a longer walk with the dog, find a gym close to your new job or school... you can study while on the treadmill or ellipical. It is hard to get started but once you get going... Everything will fall into place....I found these great Jello Temptations... which are only 100 calories each and taste like Lemon merangue pie... or Ice box.... Yum! Use myfitnesspal app to count your calories everyday so you can see where you can cut without depriving yourself too much. I ate a whole friggin' bag of mint milano cookies one day and put it in....It was hard to look at but eye-opening. I know you can do it, just make little changes each week... until you master this whole thing. *M*

  4. I would say for weeks and weeks I am going to do better and actually making it happen was the hard part! When the beginning of the year came I just kicked myself in the butt, told myself this is going to work and I am trying my hardest to stick to the plan! But for me staying so busy with work actually helps because I find that I have no time to eat bad foods haha. Glad you are liking your job!!
