Droopy Butt

That is what my new jeans give me.   I have been shopping almost everyday with my Mamaw and yesterday I bought a new pair of jeans in size 24.  In the store they fit fine, not tight but looked good.  I met Kristen and her boyfriend for dinner tonight and wore the jeans.  Walking into the restaurant I realized we might have a problem.  When we walked out I knew it was a huge problem (no pun intended!)  So, do you know what this means?!  It means I am taking back my jeans and getting a size 22 :)  I know for most of y'all that is not a big deal, but to me it's amazing!!  I still have a hard time getting my head around losing weight and wearing smaller sizes.

In my shopping escapades with Mamaw I have come across my new favorite thing.  Super Higher Power Spanx!!  Apparently these will suck in more.  I LOVE them!!  What was even better is that I had a coupon and got $15 off!

Dinner was great with Kristen and Burch.  He is a really nice guy!

  1. Hi there!
    I just started following

Oh I have the same problem with jeans
I bought a really great pair just before starting my pre-op diet and now they look horrible on me
I'm very very short, so if I don't wear a belt, it looks like my butt is drooping down to my knees!

I am so tight with money and just cannot get up the courage to go buy another pair of the same ones in a smaller size haha

It is a great feeling though!
    congrats :)

  2. droopy butt is when I know I am on the body change slide...I never seem to do both at the same time...either the scale moves or my body changes. My canary in the mine...droopy butt :) Congrats!! I have a bit of droops myself and need to go find some jeans. Good luck with your quest for 22's and many lower sizes in your future.

  3. I hate when jeans look good in the store, but as soon as I wear them for a while they're too baggy! Great NSV for you....go droopy butt! LOL.

  4. Yay! I am so happy to hear you droopin' around in public, Hang on Droppy, Droopy, hang on... Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! *Maria*-blogger from "This one time at BAND Camp..." Follow my journey at

  5. It is so hard to find a pair of jeans that look good in the store and then a few hours later. And then I have a hard time with finding the ones that won't give me muffin top, but aren't too big in the legs and but. Hoping weight loss will help my proportions.

  6. Have I mentioned I love you yet today?
